Emílio Horst is the 3rd generation of coffee producers at the family farm "Café do Príncipe" in the Caparaó region of Brazil.
Emilio's small specialty coffee farm has 45 hectares and is practically a forest reserve. Only 10 hectares of the total area is used for coffee cultivation, the rest is preserved with native brazilian flora and fauna.
When producing coffee Emilio's family have always held high standards in regards to the coffee they produce and to ensure this standard is met they pick selectively.
