Sítio Floresta is the farm of producer Eduardo Tozi, the name of the farm translates from Portuguese to English as “forest farm” which lives up to the name with 40% of it’s total area preserved with native forest. Today the property reaches its 4th generation and has been family farmed for over 140 years. Their story began with their Italian great-grandfathers who migrated from Italy to Espírito Santo, Brazil in 1880. As soon as they arrived on Brazilian soil they began to establish coffee culture in the mountains of Espírito Santo region, paving the way for the development of coffee culture in the region as we now know it today.
This coffee placed 4th in the renowned Cup of Excellence Brazil 2020 with a score of 88.94, a score that is a true reflection of the passion and hard work that goes into producing a single origin coffee like this.
